Managing Director
Gwen makes it her business to be in regular contact with all her clients and is constantly delivering service improvements that surpass the contractual obligations. Gwen has a reputation as a leader in the stenography profession and for innovation both in Ireland and worldwide.

Deirdre Gallagher
Client Liaison Manager
Deirdre manages our stenographer coordination and scheduling, and is Gwen’s right hand person.

Audrey Malone
Client Support Manager
Audrey supports both Deirdre and Gwen.

Stenographers
We have 35 Stenographers and 5 transcriptionists. Most work from our Dublin office. Working from a central office has played an important part in our unique culture that delivers transcripts that are 99.9% accurate and a highly efficient stenography production (220-250 words per minute).

Our stenography editing practices are world class.

In addition, we have a further 5 stenographers based in Northern Ireland and 3 based in Limerick / Shannon area.
